Order Cancellation Policy Cancellation Before Shipping:

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please email us at support@fashionkari.com or WhatsApp us with your order details.

Once Shipped:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Due to the delicate nature of Chikankari and handcrafted garments, we currently do not offer returns unless the product is:

3. Damaged in transit
4. Incorrect item delivered
5. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
   You may request a return or exchange if:
6. The product received is damaged or defective
7. You received the wrong size or item
8. You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order

To be eligible:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and original packaging must be intact

Provide unboxing video or images as proof for damaged/wrong items

Share clear pictures or a video of the issue.

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to courier the product to us. In case of exchange, the replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will be issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
